Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

Introduction

This Declaration outlines the extent to which Caribe Capital Management’s capital finance products and services complies with the International AML KYC compliance standard (“the Standard”). While our commitment is to meet the quality and technical requirements established by the Standard, certain components include third-party content that—due to licensing terms and inherent limitations—do not fully align with every requirement of the Standard. This document details our compliance status and the implications of integrating such content.

Scope of Compliance

Fully Compliant Components:

Caribe Capital Management affirms that the following aspects of the capital finance products and services fully comply with the Standard:

  - AML KYC compliance & standards

  - FATF & CFT compliance & standards

  - Federal or Central Bank regulations, exchange committees, reporting agencies, etc.

Third-Party Content Integration

The capital finance products and services incorporate capital finance products and services from third-party sources which, because of external control and licensing conditions, are guaranteed to meet all Standard requirements:

  - [Third-party source 1 (e.g., “Financing from an UHNW family office.”)]

  - [Third-party source 2 (e.g., “Credit institutions licensed in Switzerland, Singapore, UK, US, EU, etc.”)

  - Third-party source 3 (e.g., “Asset & Fund Managers licensed in Switzerland, Singapore, UK, US, EU, etc.”)

Considerations and Implications

The third-party components are provided under separate licensing arrangements and are governed by their own terms and conditions.

- Caribe Capital Management has taken reasonable measures to isolate and contain compliance issues solely within the third-party content areas.

- Clients and stakeholders should be aware that any deficiencies in meeting specific Standard requirements are attributable exclusively to the third-party material, over which Caribe Capital Management has no direct editorial control.

- We disclaim any liability for non-compliance related directly to these third-party components.

Future Actions and Commitment

Caribe Capital Management is committed to:

- Continually evaluating the performance and compliance impacts of third-party products and services.

- Seeking opportunities to replace or update non-compliant third-party elements where feasible.

- Ensuring that, in future revisions, we strive for enhanced overall compliance with the Standard.
