Anlucinda joined CCM & Associates in 2023 and leads the team as director of local, regional and international banking & credit operations, products and services. She is a key managing executive which brings 41 years of experience to the team. Ann is very fluent in English.


Ann was at the helm of Chase Manhattan Bank as branch manager for 15 years, head of the customer services department for Antilles Banking Corp, RBTT & RBC. She also led the international collections, swift transfers and delinquent collection departments in her tenure of banking.


She graduated in 1969 from St Leonards High, Pitman’s Training Institute in London and Grace Hill Bible University in the USA.

Master Serge BILLE is a lawyer registered with the Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, and Saint-Barthélemy Bar since 2003. 


With over 20 years of experience, he is based in Saint-Martin, where his firm offers a wide range of legal services. Recognized for his expertise, he works in several areas of law, including civil law, real estate law, business law, family law and criminal law.

Curtis established Caribe Capital Management LLC in 2022 on St. Kitts & Nevis, and played an important role in re-establishing the company on Saint Martin in 2024, and has led the firm as President ever since.

He is chairman of the supervisory board and investor relations officer on the managing board. His responsibilities range from residing over the board of directors, to managing relationships with our investors & stakeholders, corporate communications, branding and entertainment.
