About Us
Our corporate journey began with two indigenous born natives, the founders, one from the Dutch side and the other from the French side of Sint Maarten / St. Martin. Curtis and Lee realized that there was no public or private equity finance to support our land rich locals, start-ups of entrepreneurs, small and medium size companies with interest free funding with no amortization.
In addition, they were convinced that Caribe Capital Management should also be instrumental in complementing our local finance & credit institutions, moreover our overall finance & banking industry. Our entrepreneurs, small and mid-size companies would still need debt funding from these local institutions mentioned. So, in order to ensure that our people qualify for debt (credit), we offer professional capital management of their business's or company's operating, investing and financing activities to support short- and long-term goals. Saint Martin and Sint Maarten economy is under-developed, and this untapped unique opportunity offers local and foreign investors the opportunity to capitalize. Capital investments and debt financing are immanent for growth, to deal with the increasing inflation and consistent hurricanes amongst other particulars that affect our economy and daily lives.
It is near impossible for local small and medium business owners to acquire lower cost or more affordable debt/credit financing from our local foreign control financial institutions on the island, while facing the challenge of maintaining profitability by means of running an efficient business operation. However, we continue to be resilient and after years of research with our current financial institutional leaders, it was resolved that equity finance is a necessity for small, medium and even large public or private or government corporations in need of lower cost finance.
In capital finance for regulated finance and credit institutions, private equity is deemed too risky for capital market participants by our regulator however remains an untapped profitable capital segment. It was from this research and revelation that Caribe Capital Management was conceived in August of 2022 with the intention of becoming a capital, investment and commodities trading management corporation. Our primary purpose is to raise and provide private equity for growth, production and industrial investments.
What sets us apart from competitors is that fact that we have integrated the United Nations sustainable development goals and environmental, social and governance into our traditional and institutional operations, finance and management practices.

CORPORATE PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
ARTICLE 2 - Purpose
The Company's purpose is, directly or indirectly, both in France, in the DOM, the COM, Sint Maarten, the Caribbean, and abroad:

The acquisition in any form and by any means and the management of all majority or minority interests in all companies, industrial, commercial, financial and real estate, French or foreign;

The acquisition of a stake in the capital of all existing or new companies and the management of these interests;

Aid for the economic development of all types of companies;

The ownership and management of a portfolio of securities, social rights or any other securities, held in full ownership, bare ownership or usufruct of interests by way of exchange, purchase, contributions, subscription or otherwise of shares, stocks, bonds and all securities or social rights in general;

Taking equity stakes in unlisted companies with the aim of financing their start-up, development or sale/transfer;

Investment of funds in securities and/or other financial assets authorized by law with the aim of spreading investment risks and allowing its shareholders to benefit from the results of the management of its assets;

Financing the activities of companies by becoming a shareholder by subscribing to its capital;

Purchasing securities in national or international companies;

All industrial and commercial operations relating to:

the creation, acquisition, rental, management lease of all business funds, the taking of a lease, installation, operation of all establishments, businesses, factories, workshops, relating to one or other of the activities specified above;

the taking, acquisition, operation or transfer of all processes, patents and intellectual property rights concerning said activities;

the participation, direct or indirect, of the Company in all financial, real estate or securities transactions or commercial or industrial enterprises that may be related to the corporate purpose or to any similar or related purpose.
Any operations whatsoever contributing to the achievement of this purpose.
Years in Perspective
2021
The Research and Development of Caribe Capital Management and its inception was in its planning stage.
2022
Caribe Capital Management was incorporated on August 18th, in Federation of Saint. Kitts & Nevis. The main purpose was to offer investors offshore banking and investment opportunities in the Caribbean.
2024
Caribe Capital Management LLC was dissolved in the Federation of Saint Kitts & Nevis and was re-established on June 3rd in Saint Martin. Caribe Capital S.C., limited partnership, our private equity fund was also established on the 21st of October 2024 in Saint Martin.
2025
Caribe Capital Management S.A.S. have secured a JVA and partnership with an investor and family office for up to $/€/£ 5 billion in financing. In addition, up to €8 billion in funding from our Suisse investor, a credit institution. Other investors comprise of asset & fund managers, securities dealers, UHNW family offices.
All equity and debt (shareholder loan) funding are issued by Caribe Capital S.C.

Our team is made up of local, regional and international professionals in business administration, capital finance, investing, law, accounting, asset management, taxes and universal banking.
