
Anlucinda joined CCM & Associates in 2023 and leads the team as director of local, regional and international banking & credit operations, products and services. She is a key managing executive which brings 41 years of experience to the team. Ann is very fluent in English.
Ann was at the helm of Chase Manhattan Bank as branch manager for 15 years, head of the customer services department for Antilles Banking Corp, RBTT & RBC. She also led the international collections, swift transfers and delinquent collection departments in her tenure of banking.
She graduated in 1969 from St Leonards High, Pitman’s Training Institute in London and Grace Hill Bible University in the USA.
Notable positions are Assist. Secretary – P V Worrell Accountant/Liquidator 1972 – 1974.
Chase Manhattan Bank from 1976 to 1999, Ann headed the following departments:
Customer Services, International Collections Inward/Outwards, Local cheque Collections Dept., Letter of Credit Dept., Mortgage/Personal, Loans Department, Investigations Department, Branch Agent and Branch Manager.
Whilst employed at Chase Manhattan Bank I underwent various extensive training and development programs both on Island and abroad.
Antilles Banking, RBTT and RBC banks from 1999 to 2013 (Retired), Ann headed the following departments:
Customer Services Department, Swift International department, Collections Inward/Outward Department, Letter of Credit Department and Retired Whilst in Delinquent Department in 2013.
On her entry with RBC Bank, she was also introduced to the training/development programs to familiarize her with the Bank’s guidelines.
